If you smell gas, please call Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) at 1-800-743-5000 immediately. Do not call our emergency line until Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) has cleared the emergency. They will provide you with a service report once they’ve inspected the property. We will ask for a copy of the service report before a vendor is sent out.

If the carbon monoxide detector sounds, immediately move to a fresh air location outdoors or by an open window or door. Make sure everyone inside the home is accounted for and call 9-1-1. Stay outdoor in a fresh air location until emergency personnel arrives to assist you. Call our emergency line once emergency personnel has cleared the emergency.

If you have a water leak, please turn the water off at the main valve in front of the house. Then call our after hours emergency line to report your issue. Most single-family homes in Napa have a water shutoff valve that is located near the front of the house, often near the hose bib. If not, it may be located at the hot water heater.

PLEASE NOTE: Lockouts are NOT considered an emergency. If you call our after hours emergency line due to being locked out of your rental property, we will send a locksmith out at your expense.
